Annotation: |
Need of realization of digital transformation and also the need of implementation of innovative technologies in the control system of mining industry of Russia is proved in this article. The article is a result of one of the stages of a complex research on identification and justification of new instruments of management of the mining industry and reproduction of mineral resources. The modern paradigm of management is based on creation of the conditions for integration of the information flows, inventories, databases and technologies necessary for the analysis of situation and adoption of management decisions. Innovations in the management or innovative methods of management can represent both changes of methods of management, and their elements, and the mechanism of management has to be adaptive, developing, steady against the negative impacts of internal and external factors. The authors give an assessment to the projects implemented and planned to realization based on a use of new information technologies in the certain spheres of mining industry. According to the approved national project “the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” in the present transition to a digital control system becomes an indispensable condition of transformation of management of the economic systems. On the example of mining industry process of introduction in the production of digital transformations, digital platforms is shown what leads to complication of the technological processes. It is necessary to determine how the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the industry has to change. The research allowed reveal, that designing of the control system as a complete system is a phenomenon today not only extremely relevant, but new, rather new and volume in the field of methodology. The high flexibility of such system is of particular importance that is possible only as a result of integration of the methods. The presented results of researches form the basis for further consideration of problems and development of the model directed to an increase in adaptability of the control system to the quickly changing environmental conditions. |
