| Annotation: | The article reveals topical issues of elderly insurance in Russia: the problem of its low level of development rises, the reluctance of domestic insurers to work in this market segment, which in any case will become inevitable in the near future, features that affect the organization of insurance protection for individuals in this category are revealed. The task is to take a set of measures whose solution at the macro and micro levels, according to the author, can contribute to the process of enhancing the formation of a civilized insurance market for the elderly. It is pointed out the problem of weak study of the theoretical aspects of insurance protection for the elderly. Some recommendations are given on the development of the most sought-after types of insurance that are of interest to the elderly. |
