Personnel management is one of the main problems for the organization. Study of the problem of management of the new generation of employees is conditioned by active entering the world and the prospect of its transformation, qualitatively different from the predecessors by the worldview, labor values and forms of behavior. For this purpose it is necessary to comprehend the attitude of the person to people, defining his labor priorities and working habits. One of the key conditions for influencing the relationship between people is the external environment of the environment. The arrival of iGen generation representatives in the labor sphere will undoubtedly lead to the emergence of organizational conflicts of generations (the conflict of “fathers and children”) of various forms (official and non-official), so it is necessary to study in detail the system of relations in the organization, to establish intergenerational relations and set new priorities in the labor sphere. Generational conflict has existed at all times in a civilized society and the history of its study spans approximately four centuries. The article deals with the issue of relevance of this phenomenon, presents the concept of “conflict of generations”, describes the features of the generation iGen in comparison with previous generations of X and Millennials, describes the specifics of labor conflicts of representatives of generation Z with other generations, predicts the causes of labor conflicts and the need to change the organizational system of relations between enterprises, as well as the transformation of approaches to human capital management. The study of this issue will allow seeing the depth of the problem of the impact of labor conflicts on the productivity of the organization, which, in turn, will emphasize the need to transform the system of relations in the organization and human resources management. |
