The relevance of the study is due to a qualitative change in the approaches to information processing by business entities, the need to process a large amount of information, and the increasing requirements for its processing. The purpose of the work was to identify problems and determine the prospects for the development of electronic document management of enterprises in the conditions of digitalization. In the course of research and in writing the work, abstract-logical and economicstatistical research methods were used. The article presents the results of the author’s periodization of the development of an intercorporate electronic document in Russia, such as using electronic document management elements inside enterprises by replacing the main part of paper documents of the organizational and administrative procedure with electronic documents, creating and operating a common electronic space between departments, branches and the parent company, introducing the exchange electronic documents between partner companies, government services and other counterparties of organizations. The analysis of the use of Internet resources by Russian enterprises has been carried out and the practice of applying the latest information processing technologies, including cloud and RFID technologies, has been investigated. Revealing and stimulating factors for the development of electronic document management systems at micro and macro levels are identified. The main directions of development of electronic document management, according to the authors, will be: the creation of a universal platform that allows synchronizing the operation of electronic document management systems of various forms and types; development of legitimacy, visualization of electronic document circulation; electronic signature application; the formation of a unified system of cross-border electronic intercorporate documents. The paper focuses on the fact that in connection with the transition to digitalization in all spheres of public activity, the creation of electronic document management is a necessary and unavoidable process. At present, there is a potential for the development of intercorporate electronic document management technologies both among enterprises of the business sector and among state structures. It was determined that the further development of electronic document management systems will be associated with the improvement of the regulatory framework for the interaction of government agencies with the help of electronic documents, the formation of the electronic document management infrastructure and the development of its unified procedures. |
