TO THE ISSUE OF THE MAIN ACTIVITY DIRECTIONS AND THE OBJECT OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE ACTIVITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT OF MINOR’S RIGHTS IN THE MIGRATION FIELD

From the beginning of the 21 century the transnational migration had intensified. Minors are also involved in migration processes. Because of their age and lack of life experience, minors need special protection from the government. These circumstances determine the necessity of special attention of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation to the problems of enforcement of the minor’s rights in the migration field. In this paper, the author reviewed the main activity directions of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation on the indicated issue and revealed their objects.
