The article is devoted to characterization of the future bachelor of science (a student of a technical university) as a subject of development of professional competencies in the context of personally-professional formation and development in the educational process of a technical university. The author of the article identifies the following components of the personally-professional formation and development of the future bachelor of science as a subject of development of professional competencies: mastering the elements of professional interaction, thinking, communication and activity; familiarization with professional values and development of special abilities; active making of an individual style of activity; discovery of the own “I am” and overcoming the identity crisis; formation of self-awareness and a sustainable image of the own personality. The description of subjective personality traits and age signs of the future bachelor of science (a student of a technical university) as a subject of development of professional competencies is presented in the study. According to the author, the future bachelor of science as a subject of development of professional competencies is firstly a personality, whom is formed and developed in different types and areas of educationally-professional activity, at the same time, the subjective qualities of the future bachelor of science are determined by the conservation of activity, and personal qualities — by the development, improvement and creative enrichment of activity; secondly, he is able to show independence, activity and initiative, make and implement decisions, evaluate the results of his actions and behavior during performing the educationally-professional activity; thirdly, he is a participant of a complex personality-oriented educational process at a technical university, during the implementation of which the mastering of professional competencies occurs in the study of academic disciplines as a result of comprehending professional values and knowledge by the future bachelor of science, which are updated with the help of appropriate set of pedagogical techniques, methods and tools. |
