FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF FUTURE TEACHER: THE METHODOLOGY OF HUMANITY AND INTEGRITY

Annotation:

The article deals with the formation of professional
consciousness of future teachers as an important goal of
modern pedagogical education in the conditions of humanitarization.
The article presents the process of formation of
self-consciousness of the future teacher as the main factor
of his professional education. The concept of professional
consciousness (self-consciousness) of a teacher is correlated
with the idea of integral human education and the humanitarian
model of education. The “activity content” of the profession
mastered by future teachers within the framework of
the humanitarian model of education is revealed. The author
describes some of the main characteristics of the model of
professional education of future teachers, focused on formation
of their professional consciousness. The ways of developing
a model of formation of professional consciousness of
the future teachers based on the methodology of integrative
psychology are suggested. The mechanisms of formation
of professional consciousness of the future teacher based
on the methodology of humanitarianism and integrativity
are defined. This process is described in detail in the context
of “spiral dynamics”, which allows seeing the levels of
values of the teacher. The author considers dialogical situations
that allow future teachers to analyze the “languages
of consciousness” and realize themselves as a subject of
professional activity. The system of situations is represented
by several types. These are situations when future teachers
reflect on their own structures of consciousness. The author
connects the process of forming self-consciousness of future
teachers with the holistic situation of personal development.
Some results of work with future teachers on formation of
their professional consciousness, which are associated with
development and implementation of the humanitarian component
of the content of pedagogical education, are presented.
The prospects for development of research related to the
design and research activities of students, with their willingness
to create innovative educational and professional practices
in communities with each other that meet the ideas of
humanitarianism and integrativity, are considered.
