Annotation:

Development of informatization of a large organization is now a necessary condition for maintaining its competitive advantages. Informatization allows the organization to increase the efficiency of its activities and open new prospects for development. However, it should be taken into account that the effect of informatization will not be complete if in the process of informatization of the main and auxiliary business processes, due attention is not paid to improving the corporate culture, as one of the elements of the transformation of the business model of the enterprise. Changing the basic competencies of personnel entails not only a change in the culture of behavior and communication, but also a change in the way events are perceived and the way people think. It also transforms the approach of the staff to formal and informal communication, and, first of all, affects the personal growth of the specialist, changing his cognitive functions and forming new requests for development of intelligence. This expands the horizons of creativity and increases the ability to take reasonable risks. The article highlights the main business processes that form the corporate culture of an organization as an element of its business model, namely: managing labor relations in the Corporation, managing the process of collective bargaining, managing cooperation between personnel and management, managing employee complaints and benefits, and others. There are also indicators for evaluating business processes that form the corporate culture of the organization. It is proposed to compare the assessment indicators of business processes that form the corporate culture before and after the use of informatization technologies, which makes it possible to conclude that the elements of corporate culture change in the process of transforming the business model of an enterprise in the conditions of informatization.
