THE ISSUE OF SELECTION OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT AN ENTERPRISE TO DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE BASE IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

In the context of rapid development of digital technologies, the systems that form the knowledge base become an integral element of the IT infrastructure of organizations. With their help, the functioning of industrial and commercial enterprises increases. The article examines the practical aspects of the use of digital technologies in the framework of the organization management process, which allows optimizing the process of collecting, processing, storing and exchanging information between business units that are the part of the organization structure of the company and interact in solving functional problems. The implementation of the knowledge management process is considered, it is associated with the complexity of their obtaining, structuring and organizing a large amount of information, the choice of methods for its presentation, distribution and use. The practical features of implementation of electronic document management systems were investigated; the applicability of the EDMS in creating a corporate knowledge base was assessed. The possibilities of their adaptation to creation of corporate knowledge bases presented on the Russian market of electronic document management systems are examined, mechanisms are proposed that make it possible to decide on the feasibility of implementing information systems at an enterprise. In the study of selection and adaptation of software to create a corporate knowledge base, comparative analysis methods were used to provide a multi-criteria choice of alternatives in the presence of significant number of the ready-made solutions for creating information systems and the need to adapt them to the specifics of a particular organization when building a corporate knowledge base. The opinions of experts on the importance of criteria in the process of finding a solution are summarized. The study uses expert assessment methods (direct assessment method, paired comparison method, group expert assessment of objects).
