The article discusses the need for a technical assessment of motor skill in students with disabilities. Previously, these authors have already published their studies in journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission, which describe the implemented methodology based on board sports games in the educational activities of universities in physical education among students with disabilities, and its effect on the functional systems of the body and the formation of personal qualities, but there is no research, which sets out the basics of technical assessment of physical activity. The aim of the research is to apply such an assessment when using physical education methods based on board sports games for students with disabilities. The experiment involved 318 students aged 17 to 20 years, belonging to various nosological groups. The authors calculated arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Student’s t-test to determine the statistical significance of differences in the mean value and, the percentage increase. The authors’ methodology was introduced into the curriculum of the discipline “Elective courses in physical culture and sports: Board sports games” and is designed for 2 semesters of study. To assess students with disabilities according to the results of each semester, tests and control standards were developed, based on the key points of board sports games, such as: Zhulbak, Kornhol, Kulbutto, Novus, Shuffleboard. These tests allow assessing the degree of technical mastery of games and the dynamics of results for each semester of study. |
