The article is devoted to the study of interregional industrial cooperation in modern conditions. The study of the problem of interregional industrial cooperation is particularly relevant at the present time, since industrial production in the format of production systems involving several economic entities has a fairly wide distribution and demand. The article touches upon the need for a more complete and holistic study of the stated research topic. The subject of the study is a qualitative analysis of publicly available data concerning the issues under consideration, as well as the search for cause-and-effect relationships. The purpose of the study is to reveal the nature and essence of the concept of “cooperation”; to determine the possible forms of interaction of all participants of interregional industrial cooperation. In this regard, the paper presents the role and place of stakeholders in the process of cooperation of economic entities. However, in any form of economic relations, besides the participants, there are stakeholders who are not directly involved in these relations, but either themselves influence the interaction process, or fall under the influence of the participants or the production system as a whole. Cooperation involves the active participation of several subjects in solving a common task for these subjects. This is important and necessary for all participants of the process, since only the stable nature of production activity gives the enterprise the opportunity to accumulate the necessary resources in advance and include the re-equipment program in the main production program. It should be emphasized here that any participation in cooperation requires the company to ensure high-quality results in a pre-agreed time frame and in the required volume. For the company’s management, it is important to prioritize decision-making and allocate time to consider emerging problems, which directly depends on the degree of involvement of the company’s resources in cooperation. |
