The main sectors of the Russian economy are industrial enterprises, corporations. Here the processes of production and sales of products are formed; the problems of improving the efficiency of enterprises are solved. To these processes the system of intra-company management of the enterprise is put in accordance. Complex financial and economic conditions of external and internal environment, increased competition put new and new requirements to the enterprise management system. The mechanism of enterprise management system focuses it on the formation of competitive advantages in the market. In this case the direction of its development on maximization of the function of the enterprise’s or corporation’s goal, i. e. the maximum of its market value and other financial and economic indicators is provided. Rapid changes in the economic and institutional environment, and uncertainty factors lead to new problems at all levels of management: strategic, tactical and operational. Changes in the external environment significantly complicate the process of planning the implementation of plans. For example, the development of the enterprise’s strategy does not always ensure the achievement of certain competitive advantages. In this case, the role of operational strategies increases significantly. The use of a set of optimization models allows solving complex problems in industrial enterprises. The study presents the development of a set of optimization models, which coordinates the problems of volume-calendar, operative-calendar and network planning. The work also presents an original approach that takes into account any duration of operations, and not a multiple of the selected unit of time. This result increases the adequacy of the approximation of the model to reality. |
