INTRODUCTION OF “END-TO-END” DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN SUBJECTS OF THE URAL FEDERAL DISTRICT

The article provides an overview of the implementation of new digital technologies in various areas of the economy. Statistical data and examples of the introduction of high technologies in the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Volga and Ural Federal Districts are given. The development of information technology in most cases reflects the policy of introducing new methods, services aimed at digitalization and industrialization of modern processes. The use of centralized model of management on the sphere of digital development increases the role of digital technologies in the process of providing economic security. The authors of the article, investigating the problems of digitalization, aimed to identify the relationship between the development of key sectors of the economy and the introduction of digital technologies in their development and, as a result, the formation of sustainable information security of the state as a whole and the population in particular. In this regard, the authors proposed a definition of “end-to-end digital technologies”. In addition, the researchers noted the high importance of introducing neural networks. An example is given of the use of a virtual assistant in one of the subjects of the Russian Federation, which provides the population with information on obtaining public services electronically. The digitalization of governmental processes is not unaffected by healthcare processes in terms of the application of digitalization methods to medical issues. For example, artificial intelligence has been used in some constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Such technology makes it possible to analyze data from the enrolled population on the presence of risks of cardiovascular complications, to monitor patients in the risk area and, consequently, to provide medical care in a timely manner. The authors’ definition of the digital economy is given. The significance of digitalization processes in the development of industries is concluded.
