The article is devoted to the current university problem of preparing future teachers for teamwork. It describes research on the development, implementation and results of methods for preparing future teachers for teamwork. On the basis of training as a holistic phenomenon, three levels are indicated: reproductive, reproductive-creative and creative. The work used a set of research methods (theoretical and empirical), including methods for determining the initial level of preparedness of future teachers for teamwork. Two stages of empirical research are described, at each of which a specific task was solved. 56 students took part in the experiment. At the formative stage, two groups of students were involved: one control and one experimental group. The results of the experimental work are aimed at the implementation of the context-modular technology for preparing future teachers for teamwork. The paper presents the main guidelines for preparing future teachers for teamwork in the system of higher education, which make it possible to provide a student-centered approach to teaching, to take into account the features that affect the effectiveness of students in a team. The authors attempt to introduce the following provisions into the educational process of the university: independent creation of teams by students themselves based on the principle of contact; distribution of roles in the team, taking into account the characteristics and interests of each team member; independent planning of team work by students. The authors come to the conclusion that the training of future teachers to work in a team improves the quality of professional training, which in the future will contribute to the graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market. |
