WAYS TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRAINING OF MILITARY SPECIALISTS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, DEVELOPED DURING THE INTERUNIVERSITY SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

On April 27, 2022, St. Petersburg Military Order of Zhukov Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation hosted an interuniversity scientific and practical conference on the topic “Ways to improve the effectiveness of training military specialists of the National Guard of the Russian Federation”. The conference was attended by the teaching staff, adjuncts and applicants of the St. Petersburg Military Order of Zhukov Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, as well as other educational institutions of higher education of the National Guard and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The main goal of the conference was to discuss the key directions for increasing the effectiveness of the educational activities and developing a common understanding of the process of training a military specialist of the National Guard in the current rapidly changing military and political situation near the borders of the Russian Federation. The following issues aroused the greatest interest of the conference participants: improving teaching methods and methods of conducting training sessions with students; the content of the model of training cadets in the study of academic disciplines on the basis of value-forming training (on the example of the discipline “Methodology and organization of combat training”); the state of the modern regulatory legal framework in the field of military education, the tasks and milestones for the further development of the military education system of the National Guard. Also of great interest was the topic of a reflexive approach in the strategies for training future officers, where the author presented the results obtained during the pedagogical experiment.
