Annotation:

The article is devoted to the problems of the activity of teachers of secondary vocational education in the implementation of the business-oriented direction of educational work in the system of secondary vocational education. The main content of the study is the theoretical substantiation of the activities of teachers of secondary vocational education in the implementation of the business education of students and the creation of a system of organizational and methodological support for teachers. The article analyzes the normative legal acts that regulate the educational activities of a teacher of secondary vocational education. According to the authors, today, the development of a system of organizational and methodological support for the activities of teachers of secondary vocational education in the implementation of the business education of students and its implementation are necessary. In the article, the authors touch upon the readiness of teachers of secondary vocational education to implement business education in college. The experience of creating a system of organizational and methodological support for the activities of teachers of secondary vocational education in the implementation of the business education of students, contributing to the formation of an appropriate pedagogical position of teachers of the Kamyshin Polytechnic College, is presented. In their study, the authors substantiated the problems of implementing a business-oriented direction of education by teachers of secondary vocational education; the need to implement advanced training courses; insufficiency of use of network means of communication; the need to study and replicate entrepreneurial experience, the implementation of a student-centered approach in the activities of teachers. The specificity and content of the organizational and methodological support of activities for the implementation of the business-oriented direction of education by teachers of secondary vocational education (methods, means, forms, technologies) aimed at the professional and personal growth of teachers and the effective activity of students are determined. The methodology of organizational and methodological support for the activities of teachers of secondary vocational education in the implementation of the business education of students, proposed by the authors in this paper, is universal, the continuation of the study, testing and implementation of this methodology is carried out in the VET of the Volgograd region.
