Logically, the concept of work is based on the dominant views that a person’s labor activity is the main source of his existence and life, while the key definition is the term “specialist”. The population of the globe today is ≈ 8.04 billion people. If we apply the formula: able-bodied (relatively young) and disabled (elderly) people minus children minus disabled persons and persons with serious illnesses, then, according to rough calculations, one third of the population, i.e. about 2.7 billion people, can be classified as working professionals. This scale of human resources testifies to the permanent relevance of studying a working person both in versatile aspects and from the point of view of physical condition and health. A problem situation is formulated, which manifests itself, on the one hand, any specialist a priori, in the process of implementing the activity, uses certain parameters of his physical condition; Their specific assimilation is interpreted as “physical readiness” and is directly related to the terms of physical improvement, physical culture and sports, etc.; on the other hand, many terms are de jure in nature, “fixed” by the same content in the legal field, thus inhibiting the process of scientific cognition and the logic of research construction, creating informational confusion; moreover, an objective clarification is required — how relevant is the question of the necessity to form physical readiness of a working person, maybe it is a far-fetched notion to “keep afloat” the pedagogy of physical education?
