On the basis of prolonged empirical research and generalized analytical forecasting of informational scientific data the author has developed a system of views on the field of attention of invisible at management resources of human organism. The key judgment was the following concentration of provisions: the human body as a whole is represented by a broader concept that goes beyond physiology and medicine. In its structure, of course, the leading place is occupied by the second signaling system, which, on the one hand, constitutes the central nervous system with the primacy of the brain, and on the other hand, other components of consciousness (knowledge, values, emotions, feelings, volitional descriptors). It is the latter, influencing the hidden psychophysiological reserves that are the trigger for the realization by echelons of the 2nd and 3rd orders of the unknown, the establishment of a world record, and the hacking of the matrix of reality. We interpret this position as the concept of “cost for the body” of physical activity. In contrast to the concept of “physiological cost of the load” used by medical scientists, and not formed as a concept, we have proposed a system of views on the definition of the concept of “integrative cost for the body” with the justification of the variant of the tools for its assessment, taking into account the motor, bodily and functional multi-clusters. At the same time, the one that represents the largest difference in percent between the “excellent” and “unsatisfactory” ratings in terms of reflecting the external criterion of the desired specialty or the most important components of the individual’s life is as close as possible to the media plaster for monitoring the invariant of the general assessment of the complex state of the organism (from the probabilistic ones), which includes three total blocks of indications. |
