The relevance of the article is due to the need to implement an integrative approach in the training of engineers in the energy industry, since the future professional activity of an energy engineer is an interdisciplinary integrative process. Taking into account the complexity of modern energy systems, the fact that they have many connections with environmental, economic, social and other spheres, the use of an integrative approach in training future power engineers will allow them to solve many tasks more effectively in the future, including optimizing resources, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. This approach contributes to the formation of universal competencies among students, such as the ability to work in a team, consciously make responsible decisions, and a number of others. From our point of view, an integrative approach is a key element of modern professional training of engineering personnel for the energy industry. The article provides a justification for the need for an integrative nature of the process of training power engineers for their future professional activities. We have analyzed how the integrative approach is reflected in regulatory documents, as they are fundamental for the training of highly qualified and competent specialists. The development of educational programs based on this approach will provide university graduates with the competences and skills necessary for successful and effective work in the energy sector. This kind of training will allow in future professional activity to create innovative solutions and products that meet the requirements of the modern high-tech market in the energy industry. Research and analysis of this topic can lead to new practical solutions and improve the professional training of engineers in the energy industry. |
