The article discusses the features of training sports judges in acrobatic rock and roll. Organizational and methodological conditions are outlined that contribute to improving the quality of training of judges in acrobatic rock and roll, including: identifying the readiness of arbitrators for judging by selecting candidates for judging (age, personal qualities); application of assessment of skills and abilities necessary for refereeing in acrobatic rock and roll; the use of a regular referee training process based on the development trends of acrobatic rock and roll, changes in competition rules, refereeing features (simultaneous visual evaluation of performances from 3 to 5 pairs of performers simultaneously on the site). The training program for judges included mini-trainings, consisting of exercises for attention (volume, switchability, spatial perception), musical training, and relaxation exercises. Thus, for switching and concentration of attention we used the following exercises: pictures, clock, TV, hand, remember, drawing. To develop spatial orientation and memory, the exercise “What is missing?” was performed. A number of exercises were also used to improve the psycho-emotional state: the exercise “+ 5”, pleasure and motor tasks aimed at relieving eye strain. The effectiveness of the studies was evaluated by tests of spatial perception, volume and concentration of attention (clock technique, mixed lines, reproduction of figures, and combination of cutouts), musicality and the basics of refereeing. For all tests, there is a positive trend, which indicates the effectiveness of training exercises. As a result of the study, we can propose the inclusion of mini-trainings on a regular basis in the process of professional advancement of judges as an important condition for the development of psycho-functional characteristics of referees, which will help minimize the number of errors in refereeing and improve the quality of the competition in general. |
