The article analyzes the importance of developing the readiness of future bachelors of law for analytical activities. The degree of scientific study of the issue under consideration, the relevance and feasibility of developing the formulated topic is shown. By analyzing scientific sources, the pedagogical potential of digital educational technologies in improving the thinking of future legal professionals is revealed. The goal is set to describe the focus of digital learning technologies for the development of readiness for analytical activities of future bachelors of law. A review of scientific works has been carried out, confirming the urgent need for digitalization of education, which optimizes student learning in accordance with the current requirements for their competences. The study used general pedagogical methods: analysis of scientific papers, design of pedagogical means for preparing students, research on the potential of digital educational technologies. The methodological basis of the work is the position of the cultural-historical theory of L.S. Vygotsky, according to which it is important to educate a person for the purpose of his or her cultural development, cultivating higher functions in accordance with the values of the era. The possibilities of such digital educational technologies as online distance learning platforms, cloud technologies, online quests, information and educational portals, digital libraries, for the development of legal students’ readiness for analytical activities are shown. The conclusion is made about the pedagogical potential of these resources in the development of students’ readiness to make effective professional decisions. The prospects for further research related to the search for other effective options in teaching law students using digital learning technologies, the description of empirical evidence proving the pedagogical potential of digital learning technologies. |
