Based on the revealed contradiction, the article presents the relevance of the problem of teaching 3D modeling. The role of 3D modeling in technological education is revealed. The scientific novelty, as well as the theoretical and practical significance of improving the learning process of three-dimensional modeling is given. The necessity of teaching 3d modeling within the subject area “Technology” is given and justified. The advantages of technological education in teaching 3d modeling are revealed. A comparison of the proposed pedagogical model for improving the learning process of 3D modeling with the generally accepted learning process is presented. Pedagogical conditions, pedagogical principles and approaches to teaching 3D modeling to future technology teachers are presented and their use within the pedagogical model is justified. The methods of testing and evaluating the competences of three-dimensional modeling used in the framework of experimental work are presented and justified. The description of experimental work aimed at checking the pedagogical conditions for improving the process of teaching 3D modeling to students — future technology teachers is given. The essence of the stages of experimental work is revealed and the description of the learning processes of control and experimental groups is given with the designation of the main differences in the learning processes. The results of experimental work aimed at testing the pedagogical conditions for improving the process of teaching 3D modeling of students — future technology teachers are presented and described. The interpretation of the learning results obtained in the course of experimental work is carried out. The evaluation of the effectiveness of using the presented pedagogical model from the point of view of the dynamics of the development of three-dimensional modeling competences and from the point of view of the statistical significance of the obtained results of teaching 3D modeling is given. The conclusions based on the interpretation of the results of experimental work are presented. Suggestions for improving the results of learning 3D modeling are identified and substantiated. |
