USING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

The purpose of this article is to analyze the current procedure for electronic interdepartmental interaction; to identify possible ways to systematize departmental digital solutions used in the implementation of criminal procedural legal relations by prosecutors and officials of preliminary investigation bodies; to formulate a model for the development of the digital supervisory environment in the context of trends in the digital transformation of domestic criminal proceedings. The proposals were based on the identified modern problems of unification of digital approaches and solutions used by prosecutors for the organization and implementation of supervision in the framework of criminal procedures, ways to solve them. The study uses the method of complex analysis, which made it possible to identify in the process of pilot or initial use of digital solutions by prosecutors the most workable practices, as well as vulnerable elements of the emerging digital intraand external system interaction. This methodological approach made it possible to take into account the positive potential of supervisory practice and assess the achievability of promising tasks for building a digital supervisory environment. The results of the study can become the basis for the development of the digital transformation of prosecutorial activity in terms of the implementation of certain areas of supervisory powers and the criminal process as a whole. The scientific hypothesis, which consists in establishing conditions and opportunities for systematization of various digital solutions for the formation of a digital supervisory environment in modern conditions based on the experience of departmental information systems, has been proven. In substantiating the provisions and conclusions, taking into account the specifics of the issue under study, such methods as systematic, structural-functional, analytical analysis, and at the empirical level — sociological, were used. The article contains proposals for the formation of a model of the digital supervisory environment, methodological approaches to its construction, as well as proposals for the direction of further research.
