ANALYSIS OF THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES MARKET: FEATURES AND TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The construction industry is currently one of the most important sectors of the economy in Russia. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the importance of the construction industry both for the regions and for the economy of the country as a whole. The construction is designed to improve the social sphere of society, modernize and update the production assets of companies. The object of the research is the construction services market, its subject is the features and trends of the market development in modern conditions. Construction is a fund-forming industry for the development of other industries, including the social sphere, agriculture, manufacturing, infrastructure, etc. This industry is one of the strategic branches in Russia. However, to meet all the demands of society, construction has to be a capital-intensive activity. The economic state of the country largely depends on the effectiveness of the development of the construction complex. So, paying attention to history, we can conclude that the construction of infrastructure and residential buildings determines the well-being of the population, as well as the way out of crisis situations in the country. At the moment, construction has stepped forward so much that the pace of its development is increasing every year. Over the past decade, domestic construction has undergone a number of innovations, which has directed the development of construction to a positive trend. The purpose of the study is to analyze the construction services market, identify problems in the industry that may negatively affect its development, as well as identify the directions of development for the industry. The methods used were general scientific methods: analysis of literature sources, generalization and systematization of the information received.
