No society can develop sustainably without the development of the younger generation, because the youth is our future. At the state level, there is a system of interrelated policies: demographic, youth, economic, etc. Solving the issues of birth, upbringing and education of the young generation for its further effective inclusion in economic and social life is vital for any country. Paying close attention to various issues in this area, it is important to regularly monitor the effectiveness of educational practices. It determines the relevance of the topic of this study. A literary review of domestic and foreign sources shows that by now certain experience has been gained in evaluating the performance of educational organizations, but existing approaches either focus on the quality of education and its results, or do not provide a systematic coverage of all aspects of education and development of the potential of young people within the walls of educational organizations. The information base of the study was not only scientific publications, but also analytical studies and official websites of educational organizations. The author used such generally accepted research methods as analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, classification and modeling. As a result of the study, the author develops a conceptual model for evaluating the effectiveness of educational practices in the higher education system. The presented model includes four levels and six areas of assessment. This model can be used both in the practical activities of a single university, and at the regional and federal levels for regular monitoring of the effectiveness of educational activities of higher education institutions. In the future, this study can be continued in the direction of practical testing of the proposed model and analysis of the results obtained |
