The article deals with the trends in the development of the safety ecosystem in railway transport in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. The theoretical and methodological aspects of this definition are studied. The structural scheme of the safety culture of JSC Russian Railways is considered. It is revealed that the implementation of the security ecosystem concept involves the change of traditional and current indicators to integrated ones, which will be associated with the Sustainable Development Goals. It is proved that the achievement of target indicators is possible through the introduction of modern technologies in the field of computer modeling, data visualization and artificial intelligence. At the same time, an important aspect of the implementation of this process is compliance with measures aimed at training personnel and passengers to comply with safety rules, as well as monitoring and control of the means of railcar patrol and braking system operation, using video surveillance systems. It is revealed that the implementation of the ecosystem depends on the concept of green financing of JSC Russian Railways, within which it is necessary to develop energy-saving solutions for railway transport, invest in eco-friendly modes of transport, create an eco-monitoring system, as well as invest in in the education and training of personnel on environmental safety and energy conservation. Thus, the digital model of the railway safety ecosystem will help save time, money and resources when preparing safety plans, building simulation scenarios, training personnel and new recruits. It can also help reduce the number of accidents and provide a rapid response to crisis situations. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, it is important to reduce risks for customers, staff and the environment and, as a result, reduce the time and financial costs of investigating incidents and compensating for damage. |
