ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES WITHIN THE COAL CHEMICAL TERRITORIAL PRODUCTION COMPLEX OF INNER MONGOLIA

The rapid development of the coal chemical industry is directly related to the trend of global industrial restructuring around the world. In the face of geopolitical tensions and energy crises, China pays close attention to the introduction of carbon chemical technology and the transformation of economic development model as well as industrial structure. The acceleration of the development of the coal chemical industry is mainly due to state support. The over the past few decades, China’s industry has undergone major changes. In an increasingly competitive environment, coal companies are looking for ways to improve their competitiveness. During the study of scientific papers, it was found that the disproportions in the process of regional economic development are mainly due to differences in aggregate factor productivity. In our opinion, a strategic alliance can provide new opportunities for innovation. There is currently a need for a more effective strategy for identifying and evaluating potential partners. Successful building of a strategic alliance requires an understanding of the main variables for its formation. As part of the study of coal industry enterprises, it was revealed that it is difficult for them to increase investment in R&D, because there is an urgent need for investment and technology. The creation of a territorial production complex, in our opinion, will allow us to obtain the necessary resources and opportunities through cooperation. The article reveals that the integration of enterprises into a territorial production complex is the main component that allows overcoming asset constraints, reducing costs, improving reputation and gaining competitive advantages. It is proven that the territorial production complex as a strategy is considered from the point of view of reducing the enterprise’s exposure to risk in the conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. The territorial industrial complex is a form of spatial organization of productive forces. Its proven advantage among various forms of cooperation is the reduction of risks for isolated enterprises in conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. The principles contributing to the formation of a coal chemical territorial production complex on the territory of Inner Mongolia have been formed. A model for evaluating the effectiveness of a territorial production complex is proposed, which allows identifying low-productivity enterprises, thereby increasing the overall productivity of the territorial production complex.
