The article attempts to synthesize two key factors in the field of higher education: academic freedom and the ecosystem of higher education. Various approaches to the definition and essence of the concept of academic freedom, to the formation of a single educational space of higher education are defined. The doctrinal hypothesis of the possibility of collaboration of the academic community with large social strata of society, for example, with business structures, in the direct implementation of legal regulation by the state in the field of higher education is presented. The problem of the formation of new methods and of types tools for teaching in higher school is touched upon in connection with the increasing in arithmetic progression need of students for the use of an information resource created by the programs of integrated neural networks, the so-called GII (generative artificial intelligence). The use of AI greatly weakens the mental abilities of students, simplifying their learning process, so the teacher needs to be on the same “crest of the wave” to use this resource for the benefit of the productive development of students’ mental abilities in the field of analytical research, creative thinking in solving problems while planning project activities and calculating potential risks that may be encountered later. In many ways, the trends of establishing a tandem of academic freedom and an education ecosystem on the state eco-platform for the interaction of all vital cycles of society development using innovative information and communication technologies of integrated neural networks (AI) make it possible to expand horizons and form the necessary competences of students, as well as improve the quality of education. |
