Taking into account the peculiarities of foreign policy challenges to our state, military physical training and applied training in shooting skills are becoming important in the process of forming a harmonious personality of children and youth in the Russian Federation. Meanwhile, in modern science, to date, the issues of early individualization of education and training of children and adolescents in bullet shooting remain insufficiently specified. Studies related to the individualization of training for adolescents aged 12—14 years engaged in bullet shooting from an air rifle during training sessions have not been widely disseminated. The development of a scientifically based methodology for individualizing the sports training of children and adolescents in shooting sports will make it possible to improve the shooting performance of the athletes. The present study is intended to contribute to solving the continuing problem of organizing effective physical culture and sports work in the field of shooting sports with children of secondary school age. The scientific article examines the issues of the implementation of the air rifle shooting training process for children of secondary school age (12-14 years old) in groups of the training stage in additional education institutions. The corresponding author’s methodology has been developed, which has mathematically reliably proven its effectiveness. This technique is based on a differentiated approach to the organization of training sessions with trainees, taking into account the individual level of motor qualities, functional development and technical preparedness. A complex of sociological, biological and pedagogical research procedures was carried out: questionnaires and interviews, pedagogical observation, testing and experiment. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, young shooters-athletes of the experimental group demonstrated statistically reliable advantage in a number of conducted functional and control tests. |
