The active use of information and computer technologies in education has made the distance educational programs a relevant, popular and effective pedagogical practice, especially when introducing quarantine measures in cases of epidemic, pandemic and other circumstances arising in emergency situations, as well as in mixed training. Article describes the process of developing and implementing technology and private methods of distance teaching discipline “Physics, Mathematics”to cadets and students of Kirov Military Medical Academy in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education using electronic learning tools. At the Department of Biological and Medical Physics of the Academy, based on the Moodle educational platform, an electronic interactive distance learning complex for the discipline “Physics, Mathematics” has been developed and uploaded on the Kirov Military Medical Academy’ website (https://www.vmeda.org/). This complex includes five electronic textbooks on various sections of mathematics and physics, interactive lectures, options for self-preparation and self-control tasks, training tasks, sets of tasks for remotely conducting independent, control and laboratory work, as well as sets of mid-term control tests, tests and exams in a distance format. The learning complex was tested during the COVID-19 pandemic and is currently used at the Department of Biological and Medical Physics, complementing traditional pedagogical technologies. In particular, a computer testing system has been tested for the purpose of express control of students’ knowledge, practicing missed or poorly learned material, and test activities. A certain correlation has been identified between the frequency of cadets and students accessing interactive lectures and their academic performance, which proves the usefulness of this additional method of studying the material in organizing self-training and self-control of cadets and students of the Military Medical Academy in the discipline “Physics, Mathematics”. |
