The article describes in detail the practical experience of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in implementing the main regional idea of building a unified educational space within the framework of the federal project “School of the Ministry of Education of Russia”. The relevance of creating a unified educational space is considered as a key factor promoting the development of education and economic growth of the region. The need to transform the education sector to successfully adapt to modern challenges, as well as to ensure quality of education for all citizens, regardless of their place of residence and socio-economic status, is discussed. A possible model of network interaction between the flagship school and other educational and public organizations is constructed. Particular attention is paid to a detailed analysis of the results of educational organizations undergoing self-diagnosis for compliance with the status of “School of the Ministry of Education of Russia”. The positive dynamics of educational organizations are identified, which have improved their performance from the “below basic” level to the average and high levels. The most successful practices are described: Southern Educational District — development of mathematics education in the central district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, aimed at developing and implementing a program to improve the quality of mathematics education in basic and primary schools, as well as at the professional growth of mathematics teachers; Eastern Educational District — expansion of the educational process beyond the walls of the educational organization in order to create a unified educational space; Central Educational District — the formation of a unified space for project and research activities, with the creation of basic schools aimed at developing the functional literacy of students. The article also discusses the prospects for the introduction of new educational technologies and methods, as well as the role of professional development of teachers in ensuring the sustainability and quality of the educational process within the framework of the “School of the Ministry of Education of Russia” project. |
