Modular learning is an innovative technology in training that ensures the actual achievement of set goals. Modular learning is a collection of best practices and knowledge accumulated in the field of pedagogy and is an alternative to traditional learning. The methodology of modular learning provides for the application of already developed modules to specific circumstances, the transformation of the accumulated research material into modules, the creation of new modules based on existing psychological and pedagogical theories. Our study, along with the theoretical justification of the effectiveness of the concept of modular learning, suggests the creation of new modules using nationally oriented exercise systems, be it Russia, China or Syria. The purpose of the study is to develop technological algorithms for block-modular construction of the process of physical education in educational institutions of basic and secondary education in Russia using motor tasks, and on the example of Russian experience, to substantiate the software and methodological support of the process of physical education in schools in China and Syria. The study used practical and theoretical research methods. The methodology of scientific work is based on a technological approach to the construction of larger parts of the educational process — lessons, blocks, and modules, based on a combined mosaic of motor forms due to small elements of the lesson — educational/motor tasks. At the same time, the obtained results of block-modular construction of physical education lessons (using the example of the game of lapta) showed the effectiveness of such a motor organization. The experience of innovative practices of physical education will inevitably be in demand and implemented in the Russian system of physical education in secondary general school and in the systems of physical education of our friendly countries, for example, China and Syria.
