Annotation:

Pedagogical activity has always been progressive and socially in demand. The professional development of a teacher’s personality continues throughout their adult life and depends not only on personal motivation, but also on the correct organization of the educational and labor process. For this reason, the professional self-development of scientific and pedagogical workers is closely related to the implementation of professional responsibilities. In modern economic conditions, significant attention is paid to the functions of organizing and monitoring intra-economic activities. Educational institutions are no exception. New methods are emerging; updated forms and methods of organizing, implementing and monitoring educational activities are proposed, aimed at achieving the optimal goal. Education is no stranger to innovative strategies. Recently, studies related to compliance control have appeared in the scientific literature. We have attempted to study educational compliance. The purpose of the study is to identify the impact of preventing compliance risks on the professional self-development of a teacher. As part of the study, substantive approaches to the definition of compliance were analyzed and a new concept of educational compliance was proposed. The relationship between motivation for self-development of teaching staff and the competent organization of professional relations of teaching staff in an educational institution is identified. The positive impact of compliance risk prevention on teacher self-development is revealed. Proposals are developed that can be reflected in legislation regulating the activities of teaching staff and stimulating them for professional self-improvement. The results of the study can become the basis for changes in current legislation and the development of an educational compliance model in educational institutions in our country.
