Currently, the process of informatization in the field of physical culture and sports is carried out using a variety of Internet technologies, such as educational multimedia resources, computer programs and rapid information transfer tools that contribute to faster learning for schoolchildren. At the same time, classical verbal and visual teaching aids still play an important role. Physical education of schoolchildren is impossible without using illustrative examples, since many exercises require a clear and accurate representation that cannot be conveyed only by words. In view of the expansion of the information space in physical education, it is proposed to use visual task cards as target designation in the tasks of motor training of students in physical education classes in secondary schools in China. Presented in a visual form, in the form of task cards, motor tasks acquire a visualized perception, differentially prescribe repetition of exercises in certain intensity zones and set individual parameters of the volume of loads, determine personality-oriented achievements of the proper functional effect. The use of task cards with known functional responses to the planned impact significantly increases the effectiveness of physical education classes in a comprehensive school. Having such assistant schemes, on the one hand, a physical education teacher is freed from the routine writing of plans, notes, and on the other hand, activates the cognitive activity of students, introduces elements of novelty into the lesson, and contributes to the creative growth of students. Thus, task cards should be considered as a flexible tool for managing the physical activity of schoolchildren. The purpose of the study was to demonstrate the possibilities of task cards as a visual means of achieving the assigned tasks of physical education. The research proves that the use of task cards in physical education classes increases the effectiveness of the exercise process. |
