The termination of cooperation with a number of industrialized countries in response to Russia’s declared position on the rejection of the monopolar world order and NATO’s expansion to the east has once again made the re-industrialization of the economy for import substitution and ensuring the technological sovereignty of our country relevant. Unlike its historical analogues implemented after the military upheavals of the 20th century, modern reindustrialization has its own characteristics, understandable goals, designated as import substitution and ensuring the country’s technological sovereignty, and is based on the achieved level of use of scientific and technological solutions in the field of digitalization and elements of the concept “Industry 4.0.” As the study showed, its imperatives are: the reconstruction of production of a full technological cycle in industries; creation of enterprises for deep processing of hydrocarbons and other minerals to increase the level of added value in this area; expansion of the product range of manufactured products and the organization of related industries based on a similar material and technical base, but differing in the areas of application of finished products; maximum development of cooperation in industry for the use of products with universal application; accelerated development of the institute of production and innovative mediation to ensure the transfer of traditional and new technologies, high-tech products and modern methods of organizing production, labor and management; expansion of the number of innovative industrial clusters ensuring development of potential of their participants in the selected area of specialization. The article examines the problems and proposes innovations that should be introduced into the organization of economic development in connection with the disclosed imperatives. |
