OPTIMIZING ONLINE MEETINGS USING INDEX5 TECHNOLOGY

The article analyzes the importance of optimizing online meetings held in various business communities. It shows the level of study of the issue under consideration, substantiates the relevance and feasibility of developing the proposed research topic. By analyzing the scientific base, the feasibility of introducing artificial intelligence into economic processes is determined, and factors that complicate remote communications are identified. The goal of the work is to develop a methodology for assessing the nature of user involvement in online meetings, based on the use of the innovative author’s Index5 technology. The objectives, scientific novelty and practical significance of the study are highlighted. A review of scientific papers confirms the urgent need to optimize online meetings and analyze their productivity. The study uses the following methods: theoretical, mathematical and correlation analysis, namely, analysis of scientific papers, assessment of the results of unloading from the Index5 system by the involvement index and dashboard assessment, generalization of analytical data of the innovative video conferencing system. The features of the Index5 technology, which contains a methodology for assessing user involvement, are disclosed. The possibilities of carrying out analytical activities using this digital tool, useful for making management decisions and improving economic processes, are characterized. Digital data on meetings held in one of the organizations, obtained in the first half of 2024, are shown. The levels of employee involvement in this form of business interaction at online meetings are shown. The resource capabilities of Index5 technology are described: analyticity, confidentiality, integrativeness, optimality, planability, consistency. A conclusion is made about the need to introduce artificial intelligence into business processes and to use Index5 technology to assess user involvement in online meetings. Prospects for further research related to finding ways to improve online communications in the business environment are determined.
