The scientific literature of both domestic and foreign scientists has been exploring the problems of new industrialization for quite a long time. As for Russian scientists, their research touches on important aspects of the need for a new industrialization of the Russian economy. This study is devoted to the consideration of the theoretical aspects of the new industrialization in the context of a new reality. The transition to the path of new industrialization today in the Russian Federation, regions of the country and at specific enterprises is a kind of reaction to global economic changes manifested in the global economy as a whole, associated to a greater extent with sanctions pressure from other states and the transition to the development of sectors of the national economy. The article examines the stages of industrialization in the USSR from 1926 to 1937, approaches to the conceptual construction of industrialization policy in the 1920s. A scientific review of the results of research on new industrialization carried out by Russian scientists has been conducted. Approaches to the definition of new industrialization as a factor of sustainable socio-economic growth in the process of modernizing the country’s economy in accordance with modern requirements through the development of the industrial sector have allowed us to identify the dominant features of this concept. In the research materials, based on the analysis of the definitions of “new industrialization” from the position of various authors, the concept of “new industrialization” was clarified, the goals of new industrialization and the directions of its implementation in the conditions of a new reality were determined. The results of a theoretical study of approaches to new industrialization allow us to supplement fundamental knowledge and ideas about the need to modernize the economy of the Russian Federation, taking into account the socio-economic policy of the regions based on the development of all sectors of the economy. |
