CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX AS KEY DIRECTION OF COMPLEX SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION (BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ROSTOV REGION)

Today, the goals of the state policy of regional development are to ensure the economic, political and social rights of citizens of the Russian Federation throughout the country, improve their quality of life, ensure sustainable economic growth and scientific and technological development of the regions, increase the competitiveness of the Russian Federation economy in world markets based on balanced and sustainable socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities, as well as maximum involvement of the population in solving regional and local problems. A comprehensive assessment of the sustainability of the development dynamics of the regions of the Russian Federation includes the following sustainability indicators: financial, economic, social and strategic. In the process of state regulation of territorial development, for conducting a comparative analysis of the levels of social and economic condition of the regions and timely decision-making on one form or another of support for the region, the construction industry plays an important role. Effective management of construction projects not only ensures the creation of new facilities, but also has a great impact on the social and economic aspects of territorial development. The activities of the construction complex satisfy the important needs of the population: housing, roads, urban infrastructure. The complex also solves the problem of jobs for the population. The construction complex is capital-intensive, since the efficiency of the economy is influenced by production and scientific-technical potential, which implements the use of the latest technical developments and the best technological solutions.
