The article is devoted to the analysis of
the implementation of the federal project “Professional-
ism” in the system of secondary vocational education on
the example of training construction technicians in Togliat-
ti Polytechnic College. The relevance of the study is due to
the sustainable shortage of qualified personnel in the con-
struction industry, associated with the mismatch between
traditional educational programs and the requirements
of the modern labor market. The aim of the project is to
synchronize the educational environment with the real sec-
tor of economy through the creation of clusters uniting col-
leges, enterprises and management bodies. In the course of
the experiment with the participation of 50 firstyear stu-
dents of specialty 08.02.01 Construction and exploitation
of buildings and structures the practice-oriented training
model was tested. The establishing stage revealed a low level
of professional motivation (only 18% consciously chose
the specialty), vague ideas about the profession (58%) and a deficit of practical competences. In this connec-
tion, at the formative stage an interdisciplinary course
(MDK 07.01) on the installation of frame and cladding
structures with the use of designmodular technologies,
real production tasks, digital tools, as well as tutor support
for individualization of trajectories were implemented.
The results showed significant positive dynamics:
the share of students with conscious professional motiva-
tion increased to 76%, 88% successfully completed practi-
cal tasks at the production site, and 72% developed team-
work skills. The effectiveness of the cluster model was con-
firmed, where the key success factors were training on real
production tasks, mentoring system and regular profes-
sional reflection. The study proves that the activitybased
approach, integration of education and production, as well
as digitalization of the educational process contribute to
the formation of professional identity of graduates of sec-
ondary vocational education institutions, meeting the stra-
tegic goals of the “Professionalitet” project. |
