Musical art has accompanied societies through-
out the existence of man as a species and realizes its essence
through a number of functions, among which the most important
are: aesthetic, artistic, ensuring the entry of “each and every-
one” into musical art and the formation of a person who under-
stands its values and adequately experiences the emotions and
fee lings embedded in it, as well as the social functions of music as
a means of communication, development, signaling, mobiliza-
tion, organization, etc., thanks to which everyone is included
in the context of musical culture. Since the beginning of the 21st cen
tury, science has been theoretically generalizing and comprehend-
ing some patterns of the musical educational process, revealing
them both from the standpoint of philosophy, aesthetics, and from
the standpoint of psychology and pedagogy. The development
of the musical educational process occurs in a multicultural
space, expanding the list of functions of the world metasystem of musical education. The dominant tendencies of this process
function at the present stage of social development in the context
of intercultural interaction, manifesting themselves as internal,
influencing the musical educational process itself: penetration
of a foreign cultural context, determining the internal trans-
formation of musical education; potentiation of personal time
of subjects of the educational process as a necessary condition
for the functioning of the music education system; cementing
the social aspect of music education and preventing the disinte-
gration of the entire metasystem through strengthening musical
and communicative connections, as well as external ones, chang-
ing it on the basis of external factors: acceptance of foreign cul-
tural experience, exchange of innovative forms of work, means
and methods of teaching and education; application of the into-
nation approach to the phenomenon of experiencing musical art
and empathy with the realities of the surrounding world by sub-
jects of education. The analysis allows us to state that the system-
ic transformation of the music educational process is carried out
under the influence of synergetic laws that ensure its selfmove-
ment, and the foreign cultural context appears in the form
of fluctuations leading to the point of bi/polyfurcation, influencing
the further development of the music education system, which
is in coevolution with culture and society. |
