The article substantiates the feasibility of using a transdisciplinary approach in studying the phenomenon of continuous education through the system of training highly qualified personnel, which is confirmed by the policy of the Government of the Russian Federation pursued in the country. The relevance of the research topic is considered in the article in two aspects. Firstly, from the point of view of the development of pedagogical science and the solution of practical problems of education aimed at training personnel of a new formation, their selfdevelopment and professionalization, and, secondly, from the point of view of the fundamental nature of scientific research, manifested in the development of theoretical foundations for the formation of scientific and professional communities, which determines, in contrast to existing approaches, the scientific basis for the implementation of innovations in the field of professional education. The purpose of the publication is to review the needs for the formation of transdisciplinary competence in graduates as a basic component of their future innovative and scientific activities. The methods and methodology of the research are reflected in a systematic and comprehensive approach in integration with a competencebased and transdisciplinary approach. The pedagogical basis of the transdisciplinary approach is the project and team methods, active social and psychological training, mentoring and support technologies. The problem of the research is the insufficient methodological substantiation of the structure of transdisciplinary competence. As a result of the research, a model for building transdisciplinary competence in university graduates is proposed using the example of the process of training highly qualified personnel to ensure the filling of competences for scientific and innovative activities; the structure of transdisciplinary competence as a set of competences mandatory in the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel is substantiated; a model of target indicators for the formation of transdisciplinary competence of highly qualified personnel graduated from the university is proposed; an example of the structure of transdisciplinary competence in projection on the qualification characteristics of highly qualified personnel graduated is given. The work will be of interest to everyone who is engaged in preparing postgraduate students for scientific and professional communities. |
