THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN OPTIMIZING EDUCATIONAL WORK AT THE UNIVERSITY AND SHAPING PERSONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHILOLOGY

Annotation: In the context of rapid digitalization of all spheres of public life, the higher education system is under- going drastic transformations affecting not only the substan- tive but also the procedural aspects of training future spe- cialists. This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the role of digital technologies in optimizing the educa- tional work of higher education institutions and their impact on the formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future teachers of philology. The methodolo­ gical basis is a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that integrates system­activity, personality­oriented and competence-based approaches to the study of the processes of digitalization in the educational system of the univer- sity. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the use of digital tools in the context of the professional training of teachers of philological profile, whose work requires a high level of development of communication skills, cultu­ ral competence and creative thinking. The research reveals the significant potential of digital technologies in the devel- opment of analytical abilities, creative thinking and team- work skills through the organization of project work, virtu- al excursions and gamification of the educational process. The article analyzes the possibilities of multimedia projects for the formation of media literacy and information visuali- zation, the role of interactive platforms in the development of communicative competence and leadership qualities. At the same time, significant limitations of the introduction of digital solutions are identified, including insufficient technological competence of teachers, problems of logisti- cal equipment and risks of information overload. The results of the study confirm the need for a systematic approach to the integration of digital technologies into the educatio- nal process, while maintaining a balance between innovative and traditional forms of pedagogical interaction to ensure emotional inclusion and productive interpersonal communi- cation among participants in the educational process.
