This study is devoted to the formation of intere-
thnic communication culture among cadets of a military uni-
versity. In modern society, where people of different national-
ities increasingly live, work and serve together, it is important
to teach future officers how to properly build relationships in
a multinational military team. This is especially true for Rus-
sia, which is a multinational state. Representatives of different
nationalities, regions and cultures serve in military teams, and
the successful completion of common and combat tasks directly
depends on their ability to understand and support each other.
The main idea of the study is to consider social and peda-
gogical support not just as part of the educational process, but
as an important tool for developing cadets’ interethnic commu-
nication skills. It is necessary not only to provide theoretical
knowledge, but also to create conditions for the practical for-
mation of a respectful attitude towards representatives of dif-
ferent nationalities. For this purpose, special exercises, profes-
sional cases, mentoring and modeling of real conflict situations
that may arise in life are used.
The results of the study can be useful in the military edu-
cation system and used in working with cadets to develop their
communication and interaction skills in a multinational mili-
tary team. This will improve the quality of professional training
of future officers and their readiness for service in conditions
of interethnic interaction. In addition, the results obtained can
be used by commanders and teachers when working with the
personnel of military units. |
