The training of young weightlifters is a com-
plex and multifactorial process, the results of which are an
increase in the level of physical and technical fitness, an
increase in athletic performance, as well as the preserva-
tion of athletes’ health. This requires individualization of the
parameters of physical work, taking into account the individ-
ual capabilities of athletes. However, there is an acute prob-
lem, which is to boost athletic training in order to quickly
achieve high athletic results.
In order to increase the effectiveness of the training process
of young weightlifters, we have developed an individualization
technique that takes into account the athletes’ weight categories,
as well as the characteristics of physical development, physi-
cal, functional and special fitness. In addition, the technique
involves identifying the body’s adaptation features both within
the framework of macro and mesocycles, as well as athletes’
reactions to a particular exercise based on heart rate monitor-
ing and the RIR, DOMS and percentage scales of onerep max. As a result of the conducted research, it was found that
the experimental technique had a positive effect on the lev-
el of physical fitness, which leads to an increase in athletic
achievements in weightlifting. As a result of the assessment
of the dynamics of special training among young weightlift-
ers, it was found that the indicators significantly improved
in all weight categories. The total values of the barbell push
and barbell jerk were significantly higher in the experimental
groups than in the control groups: in the light categories by
16 %, in the medium categories by 13 %, and in the heavy
categories by 14.4 %.
It is also important to note that in the control group, the
severity of the reaction of the cardiovascular system to the
Roufier test and the stress index according to the results of
cardiointervalography increased, which is associated with an
increase in the tension of regulatory mechanisms. In the exper-
imental group, athletes in the 81 kg+ category have diametri-
cally opposed indicators and indicate a more adequate mode of
building educational and training activities. |
