In the modern world, qualitative changes are taking place in the sphere of professional education in Russia. These transformations make it urgent to train specialists who possess not only professional competences, but also the ability to independently learn throughout their lives in order to successfully adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the labor market and further professional development. Favorable conditions for active participation of students in the learning process, development of their academic independence and readiness for professional activity are created by the federal Professionalitet project, which provides for accelerated training of workers and qualified specialists. At the same time, its effective implementation comes into conflict with the insufficient readiness of the professional education organization to manage the formation of students’ academic independence. This determines the relevance of searching for the most effective conditions for the formation of students’ academic independence in a professional education organization. Based on theoretical analysis and synthesis, the authors have developed a model for managing the formation of students’ academic independence, including conceptual, organizational technological and evaluativeeffective components. In the course of experimental work based on the Orenburg College of Economics and Informatics, the effectiveness of the following conditions ensuring the formation of students’ academic independence during the implementation of the federal Professionalitet project was proven: development and implementation in the educational process of a comprehensive system of activities aimed at developing independent work skills in students; ensuring students’ motivation for independent activity, including various forms and methods of teaching; organizing interaction between teachers and students based on partnership and cooperation, taking into account the individual needs and characteristics of each student. |
