This article examines the practice of managing
raw material reserves at Russian oil refineries, taking into
account the impact of global energy prices and the need
to maintain the sustainability of the production process.
Special attention is paid to the functional role of inventories,
their importance in reducing production and market
risks, as well as the importance of introducing digital and
automated control systems. The research was based on data on the management of raw material reserves at Tatneft PJSC,
Lukoil PJSC and Gazprom Neft PJSC, including indicators
of production, refining, financial results and the use of digital
technologies. The research methods included a comparative
analysis of inventory management strategies, evaluation
of the effectiveness of digital tools, and optimization of logistics
chains to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the systems.
The study revealed that digitalization, demand forecasting and
optimization of logistics contribute to improving the efficiency
of inventory management and production sustainability
in the companies under consideration. At the same time,
the companies face a limited resource base, high capital
intensity of projects and the need to develop hard-to-recover
reserves. Thus, the implementation of measures to expand
exploration, technology development and digitalization
of inventory management contributes to strengthening
the resource base, increasing efficiency and resilience to external
challenges. In conclusion, effective inventory management
at the enterprise is ensured by digitalization, and modern
methods are based on digitalization and logistics optimization,
which makes it possible to strengthen the resource base and
increase competitiveness in the global market. |
