Annotation:

In the context of unprecedented sanctions and rapid technological progress, the problem of formation and development of technological sovereignty of Russia is becoming more relevant. The need to support domestic technological developments is emphasized in a number of Russia’s strategic documents: in the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development, the Concept of Technological Development, the Decree of the President of Russia “On approval of priority areas of scientific and technological development”. In the context of the development of the digital economy, companies are introducing intelligent technologies into production that optimize resources and increase production efficiency. This study is devoted to the issue of factors of intelligent industrial production that affect the achievement of technological sovereignty. An analysis of scientific papers was conducted, based on the results of which the factors of influence of intelligent industrial production on the achievement of technological sovereignty were determined. Based on publicly available data sources, a correlation matrix of technological development indicators that potentially affect the formation of technological sovereignty was constructed. Multicollinearity was also checked using the correlation matrix. In the next step, a regression model was constructed to quantify the impact of various indicators, including R&D expenditure, the number of high-performance jobs, and other indicators. The results highlight the importance of strategic management of intelligent production develop ment to enhance independence in industrial technology. This study contributes to the debate on technological sovereignty by explaining the mechanisms through which intelligent manufacturing components can strengthen a country’s industrial sovereignty, thereby promoting sustainable industrial development. The findings presented can be useful in developing strategies to promote the development of an innovative research ecosystem and enhance industrial competitiveness.
