The low quality of electricity in the networks
of horticultural non-profit partnerships causes significant eco-
nomic damage to both consumers themselves and electric grid
companies. High-quality electricity is also a key factor for
ensuring the safety and comfort of residents, especially when
switching to permanent residence in a private house. The adop-
tion by an electric grid company of networks of horticultural
non-profit partnerships on its balance sheet, using the example
of Mosoblenergo JSC, may be accompanied by problems related
to the reliability and quality of electricity supply. The article
proposes a model of interaction between an IT company and an
electric power industry entity aimed at improving the reliabil-
ity of electricity supply and improving the quality of electricity
in the networks of horticultural non-profit partnerships.
The model is based on the use of modern digital technologies
and modern software, such as EnergyTool from MTS PJSC,
which makes it possible to effectively address power losses,
including cases of unauthorized connection and theft. The scientific novelty of the work is to develop a model
of interaction between an IT company and an electric power
industry entity, taking into account the specifics of the network
economy of horticultural non-profit partnerships, character-
ized by creation of a digital ecosystem that provides benefits
to all participants in the processes – energy companies, IT
companies and residents of horticultural non-profit partner-
ships – with minimal investments exceeding the return received.
The practical importance lies in the creation of organizational
and technical measures that contribute to reliable power supply
and reduce operating costs. The implementation of the proposed
model can become the basis for a successful partnership between
IT companies and electric power industry entities, which will con-
tribute to the sustainable development of distribution networks
in horticultural non-profit partnerships. |
