FORMATION OF PERSONALITY OF A SAFE TYPE AMONG CADETS AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS: PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS

| Annotation: | This article presents the author’s understanding of the category of personality a safe type of among cadets in relation to the specifics of the educational process of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as the basis for the police to perform a set of operational and service tasks, including in special legal regimes and extreme conditions of service. Based on the analysis of departmental practice of forming personality of a safe type among cadets at educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (using the example of Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation), the authors come to the need to intensify the process under consideration by clarifying the essential characteristics of the phenomenon of personality of a safe type of cadets and incorporating Alexey Alekseevich Kadochnikov’s pedagogical concepts into the professional training practice for internal affairs officers during their university education. To solve the tasks, a Plan and a Program of work with a scientific and practical group of cadets of Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation were developed on the basis of pedagogical ideas of A. A. Kadochnikov. In order to form personality of a safe type among cadets, the main ideas of A. A. Kadochnikov and their semantic content necessary for the subjects of the process of forming the personality of a safe type among cadets (platoon commanders, educational officers, teachers, etc.) were clearly presented. The article also formulates some areas for improving the process of forming the personality of a safe type among cadets at educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia based on the pedagogical ideas of A. A. Kadochnikov, which ensure the effectiveness of police officers in a risky environment, including in special legal regimes and extreme conditions of service. | ||
