HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES IN MILITARY UNIVERSITY CADETS USING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

| Annotation: | The article presents a historical and pedagogical analysis of the problem of pedagogical support for the formation of professional qualities in military university cadets using innovative technologies. The aim is to reveal the degree to which the problem has been studied and to trace the logic of its development in Russian and foreign pedagogy. The methodological basis includes historical-logical, retrospective and comparative methods, as well as content analysis of scholarly sources. The problem is considered not as a particular episode in the history of pedagogy, but as an independent three-component problem combining three relatively autonomous research lines: pedagogical support, the formation of professional (military- professional) qualities in cadets, and innovative educational technologies. The basis of the author’s periodization is the character of the leading pedagogical paradigm of interaction with the learner and the degree of elaboration of the problem in the military school. On this basis, the prehistory of the problem and three stages of its study are identified, reflecting the change of paradigms: pedagogical influence — support and accompaniment — digital support. Special attention is paid to the third, contemporary stage, at which support is combined with innovative educational technologies and the formation of cadets’ professionally important qualities is linked to the digital educational environment. It is established that each of the three lines has its own research tradition, but at their intersection the problem is studied only fragmentarily, and its conceptual apparatus remains non-standardized. A contradiction is revealed between the regulatory order of the military university and the subject-subject nature of support. It is concluded that there is no integral theoretical and methodological basis for support relying on innovative educational technologies; the results may be used in designing a model of such support. | ||
